
We Co-Hosts GDA Launch, Unveils "Service Map"
On December 22, 2025, the Shanghai Institute for Smart City Development played a pivotal role as a co-organizer of the Pudong Digital Outbound Action Plan (GDA) Launch. Under the theme "Digital Silk Road, Pudong Leading," the event marked a significant step in building Pudong as a preferred hub for global digital enterprises.
The Institute, alongside partners including PPIO and Tianjin University, officially launched the "GDA Navigation: Service Map," a digital platform designed to guide enterprises through global market layouts, industrial policies, and risk alerts.
