On December 6, 2025, the Shanghai Institute for Smart City Development officially launched "DO-Port," a new ecosystem brand designed to systematically support digital enterprises in global expansion. • Knowledge Empowerment: The Institute released "Ten Online Courses for Digital Enterprise Going Global," a series sharing practical experiences and case studies to help businesses navigate overseas markets.

• Strategic Dialogue: Government leaders, including Shao Jun from the Shanghai Municipal Data Bureau, attended the ceremony to witness the establishment of the "Shanghai Digital Enterprise Going Global Service Association," an initiative aimed at coordinating cross-border digital cooperation.
